MY BIRTHDAY IS COMING UP

it's a self portrait that i did for my inside out class.

NOT that my camera will show you, but there are painty layers and graphite-y goodness on there.

It's really quite cool in real life.

so.  i should say that about all of my stuff.

i'll just start blaming my camera.

i'm really a brilliant artist!  i just have a shitty camera!

but that's bullshit, because i love my camera.  hey, you can see the blue overlay i did on this, right?  god  i love wax pencils.  i will marry one.

hey.  next is another plaster painting.

Like it's gouache on plaster that i carved into.  But then i sealed it with beeswax.

Oh shit.  i see that  you cannot see in this photo that the nose is Totally 3-D.

um.  here is what you can do if you care.

Like i made a video on how to seal with beeswax, because i had so many comments from people who aren't really sure how to do it.

I think it is not as full of nonsense as my other videos, so it could potentially actually be useful.
